Job Description

The Associate Director, Digital Sales Enablement leads the strategy, execution, and management of digital sales enablement capabilities and tools. This role partners closely with field teams, compliance, Veeva content teams, brand teams, and IT CRM partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of digital content and solutions across global regions.

This is a 8-month contract. Hybrid schedule in San Rafael, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and govern digital sales enablement processes and platforms, aligning with global commercial objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and manage external agency relationships to deliver digital operations projects within defined SLAs.
  • Evaluate and harmonize processes and technology across regions, establishing global standards and a roadmap for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee deployment and integration of digital sales enablement tools (e.g., Veeva Field Emails, eResource presentations, Veeva PromoMats, CRM platforms), ensuring seamless workflows and high adoption.
  • Leverage analytics and data-driven decision-making, supporting the design and delivery of operational and content usage reports, and providing ad hoc analytics for key initiatives.
  • Advocate for digital capabilities, supporting field and brand teams in leveraging platforms to achieve commercial goals.
  • Ensure scalable, compliant delivery of digital campaigns, maintaining high quality and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze and document business processes, recommending and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital operations, CRM, or sales enablement roles, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital sales enablement platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Veeva PromoMats) and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and managing external partners or agencies.
  • Experience with platform and data governance, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly driven, accountable, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Pay

  • $68.45-$85.47/hr
