Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Paralegals to join us and commence their LOD journey.

Overview:

• Contract role - long-term, open-ended
• Pay rate - $30-40/hour, based on experience
• Fully on site in Armonk, NY

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 2+ years of exposure inside a litigation practice group
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a high attention to detail
• Have a high willingness to learn new practice areas of the law, primarily Labor & Employment
• ABA Paralegal Certification is highly desired

Daily Responsibilities

• Intake of EEOC claims, tracking of ongoing EEOC claims, and management of claims from intake through completion
• Management of litigation legal holds
• Drafting emails and corresponding for attorneys
• Utilizing Excel to track cases, must be comfortable with all MS Office tools
