Job Description

📍 Location: Central Islip (On-site)

🕒 Full-time | or Part-time for the right candidate.

Bellavia Blatt, P.C. — a nationally recognized franchise and business law firm — is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to support our Founder and CEO.

But this isn’t your average desk job... our CEO wears a lot of hats — running six companies — and we're looking for someone who can keep up, and stay organized!

If you're a high-level multitasker with top-tier executive support experience, and a head for numbers, we want to meet you...

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct support to the CEO in both personal and professional matters across multiple companies.
  • Manage daily schedules, calendar coordination, meeting prep, and task follow-ups.
  • Handling CEO’s personal finances using QuickBooks Online.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for trade shows and business events.
  • Pitch in with light marketing support — help keep things polished and on-brand.
  • Be the point person for special projects and “can you just handle this?” requests.
  • Thrive in an environment that moves fast and likes to have fun doing it.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a high-demand setting.
  • 3+ years of accounts payable or financial admin experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks online is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities (and personalities).
  • Must be able to communicate regularly with the CEO.
  • Tech-savvy, resourceful, and a natural problem-solver.
  • A proactive attitude — you anticipate needs before they’re spoken!
  • A good sense of humor — we’re a sharp group that knows how to have fun!
  • Experience in legal, professional services, or franchise-related businesses is a plus.
