Role: MuleSoft Tech Lead

Location: Oralando USA (Hybrid) local to Florida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Tech Lead to lead integration initiatives using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in APIs and integration, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering complex integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of MuleSoft developers and integration engineers.
• Enforce MuleSoft and API best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies for MuleSoft applications.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure integration solutions are secure, efficient, and align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Engage with MuleSoft customer support, product teams, and partner networks when necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft product features and roadmap, and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design (RAML), Mule 4, DataWeave, and connectors.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering integration projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
• Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CloudHub.
• Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
• Experience with hybrid and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
