Job Description

Identify and ensure notification with all survivors and creditors of the deceased. Assist in case opening, collecting, management of inventory, preservation and distributions of the estate assets and liabilities. Comply with legal requirements and procedural acts necessary in the probate process. Work with people from all walks of life and persons in grief or anger as well as person of good and even temperament.

Requirements

Required to have a valid Oregon Driver's License and be able to pass insurance with the tribe. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Three years general office experience. Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcemnt. Will also be required to submit and pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening. Prefer some experience in the tribal court system. Must maintain confidentiality.
