Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Doral, FL. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for handling purchasing processes and managing purchase orders. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and managing inventory levels. The role also involves verifying and maintaining accurate records of purchased items and liaising with other departments to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders
• Proficiency in Purchasing and Procurement
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
