Role/Responsibilities

• To handle intake and closure of complaints registered in system.
• To work on Intake of complaints.
• Work with lead in completing daily assignation.
• To drive efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with of cross function team (CFT) such as call centre, MDR, Investigation to ensure timelines are met.
• 2 years of experience in patient engagement or similar.
• Detail oriented resources who can keep things moving.
• Analytical ability.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Science/Lifesciences
• High school graduate with 3 years of call center experience

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $21.15 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $22 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
